Our Promise

We value our customers satisfaction with our products and their experience shopping with us. If your mala breaks due to normal wear and tear within 1-year of purchase we will make the best effort to repair and restring your mala making it like new again.

Simply send us a note about the issue and we will respond within 1 business day (Monday through Friday) with information on where to send your item for repair and answer any questions you may have. You will be responsible for paying postage to ship the item to us (First Class postage is fine), we will pay the shipping fee to return the item back to you in new condition.

International Orders

Due to the exorbitant cost of overseas shipping this guarantee does not apply to International orders.

Repairs After 1-Year

We offer a restring service if your mala has broken and the purchase date has exceeded 1-year.
