Do you make custom orders?
We love creating custom malas and bracelets. Browse our services, and if you have any questions, send us a message.

Can I get a bracelet in a different size than what is listed?
Yes. Please include your bracelet size in the Order Notes in your Shopping Cart, or send a separate note with your order, and we’ll take care of it.

Can I change the color of a tassel or the length?
Yes, unless the item is a One-of-a-Kind piece, most of our tassels colors or the length can be changed. Send a request or ask for the change in the Order Notes in your Shopping Cart. 

I’d like to know when you have new items. How can I get notified?

Do you offer mala restring or repair services?
Yes, we restring or repair malas, view our restring service. If you have any questions please send a note.

Shipping Questions

My order has not shipped yet or my tracking has not updated. What does this mean?
Your order may still be processing or awaiting its first scan by the shipping carrier. Tracking updates are not always immediate, please allow a little extra time for the status to refresh. If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you directly.
