All our pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted, and we take pride in the quality and detail of each item. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not process or ship on weekends or national holidays.

To give you an idea of when your order will ship, below are our current order processing times:

  • Most Orders: 2 to 3 days
  • Custom Orders: 3 to 5 days
  • Repair/Restring Services: 3 days (upon receipt of your repair item)

Holiday Peak Seasons
During busy holiday seasons, processing times may be extended. If you're purchasing gifts, we recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.

We do not offer expedited shipping or rush orders, as all orders are processed in the order they are received. While USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) is available to shorten shipping time, this option does not affect our processing times. If you have a specific date that you need an item by, contact us to verify if that time-frame will be possible.

United States customers can choose USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. All packages include tracking information and will be e-mailed upon shipment

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout by our shipping partners. These rates are based on your specific destination, the weight of your order, and the dimensions of the package. You will see the exact shipping cost before you finalize your purchase.

Will I have to pay duties or VAT upon delivery?

No. All applicable duties, taxes (VAT), and import fees are calculated and collected directly at checkout. This means the price you see at the end of your transaction is the final "landed cost." You will not be required to pay any additional fees to the carrier when your package arrives.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary significantly depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Once your order is processed, you will receive an estimated delivery window.

Important: As a small artisan business we have a order processing time, this is the time it may take to prepare your order for shipment. Most orders shipping occurs in 1 to 3 business days. Custom orders may take 7 business days or longer before the package is shipped to you.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

To provide the most reliable service, we utilize a variety of international carriers including DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx, as well as local postal partners in certain regions. The specific carrier for your order will be determined by the most efficient route to your destination.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey from our studio to your doorstep.

Important Note on Billing

We utilize services to handle international compliance and duties, you may see "Global-e" or "Flow.io" listed on your bank or credit card statement rather than our store name. This is simply our international merchant of record ensuring your order safely clears customs.

What is your international return policy?

International orders are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees and pre-paid duties/taxes are non-refundable.

We may charge a 10% restocking fee due to currency conversions.

Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

If you have received a shipping notification, but the tracking details have not been updated:

  • Please allow 48 hours (2 days) for the USPS tracking to update.
  • We may be in the process of handing your order over to USPS.
  • There may be a slight delay in processing time, and we are preparing your order to ship.
  • The USPS does not ship on Sundays, please check the tracking Monday through Friday.
  • For international shipments, please note that delivery may take up to 1 to 4 weeks, or longer depending on the destination.

If you have not received your package after 10 days (for domestic orders) or after the expected timeframe for international orders, please contact us so we may investigate.

Our Custom Orders or Restring/Repairs have additional processing times.

A tracking number is provided for all shipped orders so customers can monitor delivery progress. Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

While we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or stolen after delivery confirmation, customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to locate the package or arrange redelivery if needed.

To help ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend shipping to a secure location and you may request signature delivery or insured shipping by contacting us.

Return Policy & Guarantee

If your item breaks due to normal wear and tear within 1-year of purchase simply contact us in order to send the item back for a free repair / restring. You simply pay for the postage to ship the item for repair, we will pay the postage to ship the item back to you upon completion of the repair.

If 1-year has passed, a restring service is available at a flat rate fee. Please view the guarantee for complete details.

Due to the exorbitant cost of shipping and delivery times, International orders are sold as-is and are not covered under the guarantee.

Customer should contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a refund. Please view the return policy for more information.

Product Materials

Our beads are sourced from reputable suppliers who are transparent with their business practices, and declare that they offer sustainable, fair work ethics.

Gemstone beads are mined from locations around the world, our beads are primarily sourced from the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, South Africa, China, and Australia.

We utilize high-quality materials in our products, including semi-precious gemstones, natural gemstones, genuine wood or seed beads, sterling silver, silver-plated metal, gold-plated metal, brass, copper, zinc alloy, and American made lead-free pewter. All of the metal components in our products are Nickel-Free and Lead-Free.

Occasionally glass or porcelain decorative pieces are used in some items, this information is indicated in the product description.

Certain Agate crystals, Tibetan Dzi Beads, and Turquoise Howlite undergo dyeing or heating processes to enhance their artistic appearance. Additionally, Goldstone is a man-made stone composed of Copper and Crystal.

We DO NOT use fake beads made of acrylic, plastic, resin, etc.

Steps are taken during the manufacture of each item to ensure that beads and other materials are not broken or damaged.

Knotted malas are crafted with durable cord that is fray-resistant and can withstand 40 lbs of pressure.

Wired malas are made with professional-grade jewelry wire, the most expensive and the best in the industry is used to string our mala beads. You may wonder how a mala strung on this wire may feel, the drape is very soft and flexible similar to any standard necklace you may wear, it is also kink resistant and can withstand 45 lbs. of pressure.

Each full-size wire mala is given just the right amount of “give” to allow the beads to be moved for counting or lightly wrapped around the wrist.

Stretchy malas or bracelets are made with a strong latex-free cord that maintains its stretchiness for years.
