How To Return An Item

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return an item, please review our simple return policy below:

  • For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, items must be returned in their original, unused condition. This means the item should be unaltered, free from any signs of use or scents.
  • Special orders or clearance items are not refundable.
  • The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customer should contact us within 15 days of order delivery to request a refund.Β 

Please include in your message a note stating the reason for your return. An e-mail will be sent to you with instructions on where to ship your return. Shipping costs to return the item is paid by the buyer. Upon receipt of items returned a refund will be issued.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of all items being handcrafted goods, exchanges will be determined on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your order number and the item you would like in exchange.

Lost or Stolen Packages

A tracking number is provided for all shipped orders so customers can monitor delivery progress. Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. While we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or stolen after delivery confirmation, customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to locate the package or arrange redelivery if needed. To help ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend shipping to a secure location and choosing signature confirmation or insured shipping when available.
