The item you are requesting a refund on must be in its original unused condition.
Custom, special orders, or clearance items are not refundable.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer should contact us within 5 days of purchase to request a refund.
Please include in your message a note stating the reason for your return. An e-mail will be sent to you with instructions on where to ship your return. Shipping costs to return the item is paid by the buyer. Upon receipt of items returned a refund will be issued.
Due to the nature of all items being handcrafted goods, exchanges will be determined on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your order number and the item you would like in exchange.
